“When I hired Jameson I had already been exercising most of my adult life.

Romanian Deadlifts- once unknown to me- are my favorite! And I can now Hip Thrust more than my hubby weighs!

I had a goal to wear the red dress pictured in my friend’s wedding, and, MAN, did he make me HIT that goal! I felt totally confident in my best friend’s forever photos and I learned skills I still use today.
One of the best parts about Jameson’s service are his recipes. The food was so yummy it had me licking my plates, and I still make several of his recipes to this day, YEARS later.
His knowledge concerning muscles and joints helped repair limiting injuries while getting stronger, and he considered my cycle when advising on nutrition and designing my exercise routine. As a woman, I can say this is rarely considered, yet necessary, as timing uniquely changes our physical needs.
It was hard moving out of state, as I haven’t found a trainer like Jameson since and probably never will. But I am still able to use the concepts I learned training with him to this day.
Jameson helped me save time by teaching me to prep and portion, so eating on the go was mindless, while having the assurance my body was getting what it needed.
Without a doubt, if I lived in Michigan, I’d be training with him to this day.
