Meal Prep Clinics

Hire me for a 1-on-1, hands on, in-kitchen meal prep clinic. We’ll start at the grocery store and select ingredients, then spend some time in my kitchen, where I’ll teach you how to bulk-prep meals that will make you lean, yet taste better than dining out.

Nutrition Tracking Clinics

A 1-on-1 nutrition tracking clinic. I will guide you down the macro, micro, and phyto-nutrient rabbit hole and make the complex minefield of personal nutrition tracking manageable and clear. We’ll leverage a few pieces of tech, talk best practices, and get you tracking the amount of calories and protein you’re actually eating, easily. We’ll also discuss lesser-known lynchpin topics, such as acquiring electrolytes sans extra calories, so you feel great as you get leaner.

Mindset Coaching

Soak up my fitness knowledge in-person, with a 1-on-1 Q&A. Learn what habits and attitudes make a fit person. You can ask me anything, such as:

“How can I manage the stress of dieting in a healthy way?”
“What if I can’t resist treats?”
“What time of day should I eat to stay full?”
“What are strategies to get enough protein without hating my meals?”

Home-Gym Design & Installation

Want to build a nice home-gym? Outsource that project to a detail-oriented, qualified contractor. I’m a trainer, prior contractor/designer, and lifelong lifter. I know about every piece of gym equipment out there, even the most obscure, at every trim level, cost, and quality available. I’ll build you a gym with aesthetic appeal to make your fit friends envious. Lights. Mirrors. Barbells. Action!

Home-Workout Design

Want to train by yourself in your own space? No problem! I’ll write you a fully-customized fitness program to be completed at-home with the equipment you have available. You don’t need every bell and whistle to build an incredible physique!

Fitness Device Selection & Setup

Fitness is technical. We’re not all technical people. In just the past ten years, many devices have put to market at ridiculously low costs… Devices that’ve made the insider math of building muscle and shedding fat, obsolete… That is if you know about them. Most people don’t. Hire me to help you select, purchase, and setup your symphony of tools to make getting fit tolerable. The ones specifically right for you. We’re talking about fitness trackers, scales, and apps that will severely blunt the intensity of chiseling your body. These tools, and understanding them, is make or break.

What is the monthly cost?

1 Session / Week $800 / Month

2 Sessions / Week $1600 / Month

3 Sessions / Week $2400 / Month

4 Sessions / Week $3200 / Month

Do you require a contract?

Yes, all Personal Training Plans are a 6-Month Commitment.

Who do you serve?

I serve clients with the highest likelihood for success.

People with grit, starting in average shape or with basic fitness; who are a knowledge, leadership, and time barrier from an incredible physique.

There are two general phases of fitness:

  1. Losing weight via burning fat. (Then establishing steady metabolism at your new healthy weight.)
  2. Figure building via muscle gain. (Maintaining or losing bodyfat while gaining muscle.)

When losing weight, it isn’t reasonable to expect to develop an impressive physique. Your body is in a catabolic state, is stressed, and it is parting with prized energy reserves that it is biologically designed to protect.

Weight loss involves interval training, cardio, general exercise, and dieting. The specificity of the exercise isn’t that important. The calorie deficit is.

When figure building, one must already be in a state of relative leanness, so that the new muscle growth achieved is not at risk of being burned off by the heavy calorie deficits involved in losing weight.

Figure building involves highly specific weight-training exercises and protocols, limited cardio, and specific nutrition. You can generally eat well. The challenge comes when shedding the last few pounds of fat, to reveal your work.

Weight loss and figure building are contradicting processes.

I offer figure building, not weight loss. (🤏here, have a grain of salt) It’s no problem if you’re a bit fluffy, but I do not take clients who fall into the overall weight-loss category. This generally means those with more than 20LBS to lose.

How hard will this be?

With fitness, most people are window-shopping.

To look like an athlete you must become one. Others will tell you “all you have to do is X, Y, or Z,” then you can “Skip the cardio,” “Eat whatever you want,” and “Its not that hard!”

The people flinging these lines around may look the part- But they’re leaving out the 10-15 years it took them to master their own body. They do this because work isn’t sexy or easy, and it certainly doesn’t sell.

Many have fitness, few are good teachers.

If you hire me you will look incredible and feel great, unless you quit or refuse to work.

But I will never lie and say it’s “Easy.”

Am I guaranteed service?

I can only serve about twelve clients at any given time. I have no staff or plans to expand. When my schedule is full, eligible clients are added to the waitlist.

I do not serve everyone.

If you are seeking general weight loss or a highly social interaction, I am not the trainer for you. A group-fitness community or a weight-loss coach is much more suitable for your application. If you get the weight off and you want to build muscle, I’m your guy.

What accommodations do you have on-site?

Parking.

Changing area.

Complimentary beverages / water.

Bathroom & mirror.
