Who am I?

My name is Jameson Blade. I am a professional trainer with 10 years experience.

WHAT I DO:

I chisel physiques in my independent studio in Brighton, Michigan.

Everyone knows the steps:

a) Lift weights.

b) Eat right.

It’s simple… But not easy.

When I hired Jameson I had already been exercising most of my adult life.

I felt in a rut, in need of structure and accountability.

Jameson designed a program tailored exactly to my goals: To build my glutes and get leaner.

He did this while still addressing less cosmetic challenges he noticed: a tight right hip, a shaky right knee, and dysfunctional lower abs and pelvic floor from two C-sections.

Now, I’m wearing jeans I haven’t worn in years and filling out the back with no muffin top! My hip, knee, and abs are functioning like new!

Jameson introduced me to a host of glute exercises to target the muscles from EVERY angle! Most of them were new to me, and like many women, I had previously avoided lifting weights since it was out of my comfort zone.

Romanian Deadlifts- once unknown to me- are my favorite! And I can now Hip Thrust more than my hubby weighs!

Due to Jameson’s coaching I am confidently able to lift heavy weight with excellent form.

I feel like superwoman!

On runs and in life, my body feels stable and controlled. My running endurance has skyrocketed, and my knee continues to improve!

MY APPROACH:

My time is valuable and so is yours.

I spend little of mine convincing doubtful clients.

EXPERIENCE.

I know the transformation process first-hand.

I’ve been in the weeds. I’ve been 230lbs, on a slender, six-foot frame. Lost sixty pounds. Had crippling IBS that I solved with diet. I know how hard things can be.

So aside from being attractive, fitness is essential to aging gracefully and being comfortable in your body.

Most people are shackled to medication before the age of thirty. A fit body provides ease in life, and the ability to go where you like, when you like.

The ability to eat delicious food and enjoy it fully, yet understand the context and impact of nutrition. The when and how much.

GOOD FAITH.

I sell no fad workouts, “this one secret” rhetoric, supplements, food politics, or internet BS.

Just good old fashioned weight training and clean eating.

Your biopsychosocial balance is important. Most would do well to see a doctor, take part in community activity, and have in-home support (cupboards sans cookies) when undertaking ambitious self-improvement.

Despite many gyms being social hotspots rife with spilt tea and casual conversation- I am here to work and serve your personal transformation.

So my sessions are not social hour. They are your diamond bullet. Pair them with a qualified support structure and you will succeed.
